Walk with Us: Join the Pride Walk as an Organisation or Company
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, Pride The Hague returns with its vibrant Pride Walk through the heart of the city. This joyful and powerful event brings together individuals, communities, organisations, and companies who want to stand for equality, visibility, and queer celebration.
We warmly invite organisations, companies, collectives, and institutions to walk with us — to share your support, your values, and your presence with the community.

Walking in the Pride Walk as a group is a meaningful way to:

Whether you’re a grassroots initiative, a student organisation, a small business, or a larger company — everyone is welcome.
How It Works
Participation for organisations and companies is free. However, to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely, registration is mandatory. This helps us coordinate the Walk effectively and take all participating groups into account.
By walking with us, your organisation aligns with the mission of Pride The Hague:
“The aim of Pride The Hague is to promote LGBTQA+ acceptance and emancipation in The Hague, to draw attention to the rights of the entire queer community and to celebrate the diversity of queer people.”
Important Info
Each participating group designates one contact person. This person will be our main point of communication and is responsible for informing their team about the guidelines and updates.
We also ask for at least one supervisor/volunteer per 10 participants. For example, if your group has 20 people, please assign at least two supervisors. These supervisors help ensure a smooth and safe Pride Walk experience.
Preparatory Meetings
Safety and preparation are a priority. We will hold meetings for supervisors/volunteers in April to go over all the important details. We expect at least one representative from each group to attend one of the following meetings:
- Friday, April 11 at 19:30
- Friday, April 18 at 19:30
- Tuesday, April 22 at 19:30
- Optional: Teambuilding on Tuesday, May 6
All meetings will take place at Het Kalhuis in Scheveningen.
