Help & Support

You're not alone. Here are resources to support you.

You Matter. We're Here For You.

If you're reading this because you're struggling, please know that you are valued, you are loved, and you belong here. Your feelings are valid, your story matters, and your presence in this world makes a difference.

Being queer can be beautiful and it can also be hard. Some days are celebrations, and some days are survival. Both are okay. You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to be strong all the time. It's okay to ask for help. It's okay to feel overwhelmed. It's okay to just exist and take things one moment at a time.

The Pride community exists because we lift each other up. We've been through darkness before, and we know how important it is to reach out a hand and say: you're not walking this path alone. There are people who understand, people who care, and people who want to help you through whatever you're facing right now.

Whether you're dealing with mental health struggles, discrimination, family issues, identity questions, or just having a really tough day, please reach out. Talk to someone. Call a helpline. Send an email. Let someone know you're hurting. There is no shame in needing support. In fact, reaching out is one of the bravest things you can do.

You are worthy of love, care, and support. Your life has meaning. The world needs you in it. And tomorrow can be different than today.
