The Pride The Hague workgroup forms the core of the organisation behind Pride. As a workgroup member, you are directly involved in shaping Pride Week: from early ideas and planning to decision-making and execution. The workgroup sets direction, coordinates efforts, and helps ensure that Pride remains community-driven, inclusive, and aligned with its values.
The workgroup is a small volunteer team. We organise Pride alongside our regular lives, and we do the best we can with the time and capacity available. That means we work collaboratively, support each other, and stay realistic about what is possible.
Everyone contributes in their own way, and every contribution matters. New voices, ideas, and perspectives are always welcome.
