The Hague LGBTIQA+ Swimming Club Plons invites trans- and non-binary persons for a free training course, 20 years of age and above, on Sunday, May 25th from 16:00h.
Sign up with minor details and we will send you the exact time and location in The Hague.
The swim training is provided by the TransZwemmen trainer from Amsterdam along with Plons trainers. We adapt the training to everyone’s level and give swimming tips and exercises to get ahead more easily.
